Sweet Corn Soup


                                     Sweet Corn Soup  

        Serving for 4 people        


              Sweet corn                                     1 cup

              Carrot finely chopped                 1 no

              Beans finely chopped                  ¼ cup

              Ginger finely chopped                1 tsp

              Garlic finely chopped                  1 tsp

              Butter                                             1 tbsp

              Corn starch                                   1 tsp

              Pepper powder                             1tsp

              Required salt



    1. Heat a vessel with butter. Once butter melts, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute well.
    1. Then add all the vegetables. Saute well. Then add 3 ½ cups of water.
  1. Let it boil. In a small mixing bowl add corn starch and ½ cup of water. Mix it well without any lumps. Add this water to the soup. Add salt. Let it boil. Once all the veges are cooks well, switch off the flame. Add required pepper powder as per your taste.


                                Serve hot
