                                  Wheat  rava veg dosa


       Wheat flour                              1 cup

       Wheat rava                              ½ cup

       Rice flour                                 4 tbsp

       Red chilli powder                     ¾ tsp

       Asafoetida                                ¼ tsp

       Grated carrot                            ¼ cup

       Grated cabbage                       ¼ cup

       Finely chopped onion               ¼ cup

       Finely chopped coriander         2 tbsp

       Required salt

   For seasoning

      Sesame oil                                 1 tbsp

      Mustard seeds                           ½ tsp

      Urad dal                                     ½ tsp

      Asafoetida                                  ¼ tsp

      Red chillies                                2 no

      Curry leaves                              1 sprig


  1.  First grind the wheat rava in a semi coarse powder.
  2. In a mixing bowl add all the items and required salt.
  3. Add enough water to get dosa batter consistency.
  4. Heat a small pan with oil, once oil heats add seasoning items. 
  5. Then add seasoning to the batter. Mix it well.
  6. Heat a dosa pan and spread the batter. Sprinkle with oil.
  7. Cook both sides well.

                            Healthy wheat rava veg dosa ready.

                                  Serve hot with chutney
