Egg Gravy


Boiled eggs                                            3 no

Big onion finely chopped                   1 no

Tomato puree                                       1/2 cup or from 2 large tomato

Ginger garlic paste                              1 tsp

Coriander powder                               1 tsp

Chili powder                                         1 tsp

Garam masala powder                      1/2 tsp

Oil                                                          2 tbsp

Required  salt

Coriander leaves for garnish




1. Heat a pan with oil, once oil heats add chopped onion. saute well. then tomato puree and ginger garlic paste. saute well.

2. Then add all the powders and salt mix it well. Add 1/2 cup of water and cover it. let it boil. Once the raw smell goes and oil oozes out from gravy add boiled eggs(shown in the pictures)

Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve it with chapati or any rice.
