                                       Paneer kothu chapathi

             Ingredients

                            Chapati                                         10 no finely chopped

                            Chopped onion                            ¾ cup

                            Chopped capsicum                      ¾ cup

                            Scrambled paneer                       1 cup

                            Tomato puree                               ¾ cup or 4 large tomatoes

                            Ginger garlic paste                      1 tsp

                            Curry masala powder                ¾ tsp

                            Chili powder                                 1 tsp

                            Oil                                                   4 tbsp

                            Coriander leaves                          for garnish

                            Required salt

            Method

                                  

  1. Heat a kadai with oil. Once oil heats add chopped onion. Saute well.
  2. Then add chopped capsicum and ginger garlic paste. Mix it well. Then add tomato puree and all the powders and salt. Saute well. When oil separates add scrambled paneer and mix it well.
  3. Then add chapathi pieces, mix it well. Once the chapathi pieces are blended with paneer, switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.

                                                           Serve it with raita.
