                                       Curry leaves powder


                        Gram dal               ¾ cup

                        Toor dal                 ¾ cup

                        Pepper                   ¼ cup

                        Red chilli              12 to 15 no

                        Hing                       1 tsp

                        Curry leaves         1 ½ cup

                        Required salt


  1. Dry roast the ingredients  one by one except hing. Let it cool down to room temperature. Grind it into a fine powder. Add hing and mix it well.

                          Store it in an airtight container.

      Serve it with hot rice and ghee and make curry leaves powder dosa also.
