                                              Curry leaves chutney


                 Coconut finely chopped                                 ½ cup

                 Garlic                                                                 3 no

                 Green chili                                                        3 no

                 Tamarind                                                          small gooseberry size

                 Curry leaves                                                     ½ cup

                 Gingelly oil                                                       1 tsp

                 Required salt



    1. Heat a pan with oil. Roast the curry leaves till nice aroma comes. Don’t roast it brown. Cool down completely.
  1. Then grind all the items with enough water for chutney consistency. Add enough salt and mix it well.

                          Serve it with Idli, Dosa and Rice.
