Curry leaves chutney
Ingredients
Coconut finely chopped ½ cup
Garlic 3 no
Green chili 3 no
Tamarind small gooseberry size
Curry leaves ½ cup
Gingelly oil 1 tsp
Required salt
Method

- Heat a pan with oil. Roast the curry leaves till nice aroma comes. Don’t roast it brown. Cool down completely.
- Then grind all the items with enough water for chutney consistency. Add enough salt and mix it well.
Serve it with Idli, Dosa and Rice.
