Gopi Green Fry
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour 6 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
Garlic pods 5 no
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Coriander and mint leaves 1 cup finely chopped
Green chili 4 to 5 no
- First cut the cauliflower into florets. Then soak the florets into the hot water for 5 min. Add pinch of turmeric powder in to the hot water.
- Grind the given items in a fine paste. Rinse and drain the cauliflower.
- Add the ground paste and all the flours in to the cauliflower. Add required salt and teaspoon of oil. Mix it well.
- Heat the oil for deep fry. Once oil heats fry till the cauliflower become turns crisp.
