                                                    Tava veg pulav

 Ingredients

              Cooked basmati rice                           2 cups

              Carrot chopped                                   ¼ cup

              Beans chopped                                   ¼ cup

              Cabbage chopped                               ¼ cup

              Mushroom chopped                            ¼ cup

              Onion chopped                                    ¼ cup

              Tomato chopped                                  ½ cup

              Ginger garlic paste                               ½ tsp

              Chana masala powder                         1 ½  tsp

              Chili powder                                         ½ tsp

              Ghee or butter                                      2 tsp

              Fennel seeds                                        1 tsp

              Curry leaves                                          1 sprig

              Required salt

    Method

    1. Heat a vessel with ghee. Add fennel seeds, once the seeds are popped then add curry leaves.
    1. Add chopped onion. Saute well. Then add chopped tomatoes, mix it well.
    1. Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Then add all the chopped veggies. Saute well.
    1. Add chana masala powder. Sprinkle with little water. Cover it and cook for 5 min.
  1. Once all the veggies are cooks well, add cooked rice, tsp of ghee and required salt. Mix it well.

                   Garnish with coriander leaves.
