        Wheat flour                   1 cup

        Banana                           1 no

        Rava                                2 tsp

        Sugar                               6 tsp

        Cardamom powder      pinch

        Oil                                    for deep fry


    1. Mash the banana well. Keep it aside.
    1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, mashed banana, rava, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix it well. Add little water and mix it to idli batter consistency.
  1. Heat a kadai with oil. Once oil heats pour 1 small ladle of batter care fully. Fry the appam until golden brown. Drain in the paper towel.
