        Big onion thin sliced           2 no

        Carrot                                 1 no

        Beans  thin sliced               ½ cup

        Capsicum thin sliced          ¼ cup

        Gram flour                          ¾ cup

        Rice flour                            ¼ cup

        Chili powder                       1 tsp

        Ghee                                  1 tsp

        Curd                                   2 tsp

        Hing(perungayam)             pinch

        Curry leaves                       7 no

        Oil                                       for deep fry

        Required salt


  1. In a mixing bowl add all the vegetables, all flours, curd, chili powder, ghee, hing, curry leaves and salt. Mix it well.
  2. Sprinkle little water. Mix it well.
  3. Heat a kadai with oil. Once oil heats well, spread the veggies carefully.
  4. Fry until the pakoda turns golden brown. Drain in the paper towel.

                               Store it in an airtight container.
