Veg kothu chappathi
Ingredients
Chappathi 5 no
Big onion finely chopped 1 no
Tomato finely chopped 1 no
Carrot finely chopped ¼ cup
Beans finely chopped ¼ cup
Cabbage finely chopped ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Oil 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Required salt
Method

- First cut the chappathi into small pieces. Keep it aside.

- Heat a big vessel with oil, once oil heats add mustard seeds. When seeds are popped add curry leaves and chopped onion. Saute well. Then add chopped tomatoes. Saute well.

- Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Then add all the chopped vegetables. Saute well. Then add all the powders. Mix it well. Sprinkle with water. Let it cooks.
- Once all the veggies are ¾th done, add chappathi pieces and salt. Mix it well. Once the chappathi pieces are blended with veggies, switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with raita.(curd pachadi)
