Sweet Corn Paneer Masala


                                 Sweet corn paneer masala


       Sweet corn                                      ¾ cup

       Paneer cube                                    1 cup                              

       Capsicum chopped                         1 no

       Tomato puree                                  ½ cup

       Cumin seeds                                     1 tsp

       Coriander powder                           1 tsp

       Chili powder                                     ½ tsp

       Garam masala powder                   ¼ tsp

       Cashew & khus khus paste             2 tbsp

       Kasturi methi leaves                        1 tsp

       Oil                                                         2 tbsp

       Required salt


    1. First soak cashew & khus khus in hot water for few min. Then grind it in a fine paste. Keep it aside.
    1. Dry roast the kasturi methi leaves. Keep it aside.
    1. Heat a pan with oil. Once oil heats add cumin seeds. Then add capsicum. Saute well. Then add tomato puree. Mix it well. Then add all the powders and cashew paste. Mix it well.
  1. Then add sweet corn, salt and enough water. Cook well. Once the raw smell goes add paneer cubes and roasted methi leaves. Mix it well. Cook it for one min. Switch off the flame.


                      Serve it with chappathi or jeera rice.
