                     Coriander seeds                                           1 cup

                     Cumin seeds                                                 ¼ cup

                     Fenugreek seeds                                           1 tsp

                     Red chili                                                          12

                     Curry leaves                                                   3 strands

                     Hing                                                                 1 tbsp


1.       Dry roast the ingredients one by one. Cool down to room temperature.

2.       Grind it in to a fine powder.

                                      Store it in an air tight container.


      You can use this powder for making bitter guard, kovakai and brinjal thoku.
