Ingredients

          Omapodi                                           2 cup

          Kara boondhi                                    1 cup

          Peanut                                                ½ cup

          Roasted gram dal                              ¼ cup

          Cashew nut                                        ¼ cup

          Garlic                                                   3 no

          Curry leaves                                       1 strand

          Oil                                                        for deep fry

Method

1.       Heat a pan with 3 tbsp. of oil. Once oil heats, add peanuts. Fry peanuts until crisp. Transfer in to a bowl.

2.       In the same pan, add roasted gram dal. Fry until crisp. Transfer in to a bowl.

3.       Then add cashew nut. Fry until crisp. Transfer in to a bowl.

4.       Then add garlic and curry leaves. Fry untill the garlic turns slightly brown. Switch off the flame.

5.       In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Mix it well.

                      Store it in an airtight container.

                       Serve it with coffee or tea.
