Gram flour(kadalai mavu) 1 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Hing (perungayam) ½ tsp
Butter 2 ½ tsp
- In a mixing bowl add all the powders, butter and salt. Mix it well.
- Add little water to make a nonstick dough.
- Heat a kadai with oil. Take a small portion of dough, and carefully press it in the bhoondhi laddle. (shown in the picture)
- Deep fry till the sev turns slightly brown. Drain in the paper towel. Cool down to room temperature.
Store it in an air tight container.
