Almond redchilli chutney



Almond  (Badam)                                                          20 nos

Rosted gram dal                                                            2 tbsp

Red chilli                                                                         4 no

Curry leaves                                                                   1 strand

Garlic                                                                               1 piece

Requird salt

For seasoning

Mustered seeds                                                               1 tsp

Curry leaves                                                                    1 Strand

Oil                                                                                      1 tsp


First soak the the badam 20 min.  Add all the ingredients to the mixie jar. grind a       smooth paste with adding enough water. Add required salt.Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, once mustard seeds popped add curry  leaves. switch off the flame. Add the seasoning to the chutney.

Serve it with Idli or Dosa.
