Veg pasta

Ingredients

Pasta                                                        1 cup

Carrot finely chopped                           ¼ cup

Beans finely chopped                            ¼ cup

Capsicum finely chopped                      ¼ cup

Oil                                                              4 tbsp

Garam masala                                          ½ tsp

Required salt

For grind

Tomato                                                     2 medium

Garlic                                                        4 no

Red chili                                                   4 or 5 no

 

Method

  1. First grind the given items to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat a pressure cooker with oil. Once oil heats add all the vegetables. Saute well.
  3. Add tomato paste, pasta, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix it well.
  4. Add 2 ½ cups of water. Close the lid. Cook for one whistle.
  5. After pressure release, open the lid and mix it well.
