Kadai paneer gravy

Ingredients

Paneer (cubed)                                   1 cup

Onion diced                                           ½ cup

Capsicum diced                                     ½ cup

Dry kasturi methi leaves                      1 tbsp

Corinander powder                               1 tsp

Chili powder                                            ¾ tsp

Garam masala powder                          ½ tsp

Tomato puree (1 big tomato)             ½ cup

Ginger garlic paste                                  1 tsp

Oil                                                               3 tbsp

Required salt

Method

  • First fry the paneer cubes with little oil. Switch off the flame. Add methi leaves to the paneer. Just mix it well. keep it aside.
  • Heat a vessel with oil. Add diced onion and capsicum. Sauté well, and then add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Sauté well.
  • Add all the powders, salt and enough water. Let it boil.
  • Once the gravy is cook well add paneer cubes. Mix it well.

Serve it with chapatti

Note:

If you want, you can add cashew paste. It will give rich flavor to the gravy.
