Coconut chutney

Ingredients

Coconut                                                                                    4  tbsp

Roasted gram dal                                                                    2 tbsp

Garlic                                                                                         1 piece

Green chilli                                                                               4 or 5no

Curry leaves                                                                             1 strand

Required salt

For seasoning

Small onion                                                                                1 finely chopped

Oil                                                                                                 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds                                                                            1 tsp

Curry leaves                                                                                1 strand

Method

Grind all the ingredients  to a smooth paste with adding enough water. Add salt. Transfer to the bowl. Heat a pan with oil. Add mustard seeds. Once it popped add small onion and curry leaves. fry till the onion slightly brown. Switch off the flame. Add the seasonings to the chutney.

Serve it with Idli or Dosa
