Coriander green chili chutney


Coconut                                      ¾ cup finely chopped

Green chili                                    3 or 4

Coriander leaves                         1 bunch

Garlic                                             1

Curry leaves                                  1 strand

Salt                                                  required

For seasoning

Oil                                                  1 tsp

Mustard seeds                             ½ tsp

Curry leaves                                 1 strand


  1. Grind all the items to a smooth paste consistency with adding enough water.
  2. Put it in a bowl. Add salt.
  3. Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds  once mustard seeds popped add curry leaves.switch off the flame.
  4. Add the seasoning to the chutney.                                                                                                Serve  it with Idli or Dosa.
