Peanut Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

Peanut                                                              20 no soaked overnight

Banana                                                             1 no

Honey                                                               1 tbsp

Milk                                                                   ¾ cup

Method

First grind the peanuts with some milk and then add banana, honey, milk.

Grind until smoothy consistency.Serve immediately.

It gives lots of energy  to your body.

Note

If you want  you can add cardamom powder also.

It will give nice flavour
