Kollu chutney
Ingredients
Kollu parupu ½ cup
Coconut 5 tbsp
Red chilli 4 or 5no
Garlic 1 piece
Curry leaves 1 strand
Tamarind little
Required salt
For temper
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 1 strand
Method
First dry roast the kollu and redchilli slightly brown .Let it cool down to room temperature. Put all the items in to the jar and grind a smooth paste with adding little water. Heat a pan with oil. Add mustard seeds.Once mustard seeds popped add cumin seed, and curry leaves.Switch off the flame.Add the temper items to the chutney.
Serve it with Idli or Dosa.
