Milagai pazam chutney
Ingredients
Coconut 5 tb spoon
Tomato 1 small
Milagai pazam 4 or 5 no
Pottu kadalai 2 tb spoon
Garlic 1 piece
Curry leaves 1 bunch
Required salt
For seasoning
Small onion finely chopped 1 no
Mustered seeds 1 tspoon
Oil 1 tspoon
Curry leaves 1 strand
METHOD
Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste with adding little water.Heat a pan with oil. Add mustard seeds. once it popped add small onion and curry leaves.fry till the onion slightly brown.Switch off the flame.Add the seasonings to the chutney.
Serve it with Idli or Dosa
This chutney tastes very yummy.
